Description

Smalti is said to be the most luxurious of all mosaic materials and no one does it better than the Italians.  And whereas its quite costly, the results speak for themselves.  These smalti formulae have been passed down from generation to generation and are tightly guarded secrets.  Each color code must be consistent with every smelting, which makes it a very precise science.  There is a lot of history there.  Smalti is traditionally split with a hammer and hardy, but can also be cut with a wheeled glass cutter or mosaic nipper.  Package contains 100g indicated smalti colour mix.
